Advanced Production Process

1. Substrate Preparation: Select high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel coils (SGCC, DX51D, etc.) as raw materials, and go through degreasing, pickling, and water washing processes to remove oil stains, rust, and impurities on the surface, ensuring the flatness and cleanliness of the substrate.
2. Chemical Conversion Coating: The treated substrate is coated with a chemical conversion film, which enhances the adhesion between the substrate and the coating, further improving the anti-corrosion performance.
3. Coating Application: Adopt fully automated roller coating technology to apply primer, finish coat, and back coat in sequence. The coating thickness is precisely controlled (8-12μm per layer), ensuring uniform coating and no missed coating.
4. High-Temperature Curing: The coated steel coil is sent to a high-temperature oven (180-220℃) for curing. Under precise temperature and time control, the coating forms a hard and wear-resistant film, ensuring color fastness and adhesion.
5. Precision Cutting & Inspection: After curing, the steel coil is cut into standard sizes or customized dimensions according to customer requirements. Each batch of products undergoes strict quality inspection (salt spray test, adhesion test, color difference test) to ensure that the product meets international standards (ASTM, EN, JIS).
6. Packaging & Storage: The qualified products are packaged with moisture-proof film, anti-collision foam, and wooden pallets to prevent moisture, scratch, and deformation during transportation, ensuring that the products arrive at the customer’s hands in perfect condition.
