Our White Base Printed Galvanized Color Coated Steel Coil (PPGI) is a high-performance and multi-functional metal material, meticulously manufactured to meet the strict requirements of international markets, integrating corrosion resistance, durability, decorative performance and practicality. It takes high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet as the base material, which is processed through a series of sophisticated procedures such as surface degreasing, pickling, phosphating, passivation, and drying, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent color coating and pattern printing, ensuring the overall stability and service life of the product.
The substrate of the coil adopts hot-dip galvanizing technology, with a zinc coating weight of 60-275g/m² (customizable according to customer requirements), which can effectively isolate the steel base from air, moisture and other corrosive media, significantly improving the anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance of the product, making it suitable for long-term use in outdoor harsh environments such as high humidity, strong ultraviolet radiation and industrial pollution. After galvanizing, the surface of the substrate is smooth and uniform, without defects such as burrs, pits and oxidation spots, providing an excellent carrier for the subsequent color coating.
For the color coating process, we adopt high-quality polyester (PE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or silicon-modified polyester (SMP) coating materials, which are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and have excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and scratch resistance.
